We are the only JLGB unit south of the river. We welcome any Jewish children aged 11 (or year 6) and above. We meet at the shul on alternate Tuesdays and run a wide variety of interactive activities, from bagel making, to debates and sports. We run regular outings, which have included dry slope skiing, indoor trampolining and an annual family BBQ. We heavily promote youth leadership and encourage our members to develop these skills through an accredited leadership programme. Our members always comment how much fun they have at our meetings.

We are a uniformed organisation and proudly participate in national and local community events. This means that we teach our members the importance of presentation, including participating and leading marching. Being a member of JLGB gives you access to attending national summer and winter camps where you will make lifelong friends from the UK and international Jewish communities. JLGB also runs Israel Tour and operates the Duke of Edinburgh’s award scheme.
